In 1863, the year we were founded, there were already an incredible number of Franciscan monasteries and communities with many sisters or brothers.
Today, for very different reasons, this is no longer the case.

But we, the Franciscan Sisters of Olpe, find this way of life simply wonderful and just right for each and every one of us. That's why we think it would be great if you would like to get to know us and get a taste of this exciting way of living as Christians.
